The Bestiary of Great Masters
The Bestiary of Old Masters spans several centuries of zoological artistry. The collection disappeared from Frith Abbey atop Puddleby Down in the late 1930s. The theft was attributed to the famous Norwegian cat burglar, Tabitha Kettlingur, who absconded with the lot during the autumn of her ninth life. A portrait of Kettlingur is included in The Puddleby Portraits collection
